(1) If an industry registered as operating in one place needs to be transferred elsewhere for any reason, an application must be submitted to the open industry registration body in the prescribed format. But if you have to transfer from one province to another province, you have to take the approval of the department.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the industry registration body may give approval for the transfer of the industry on the recommendation of the concerned local level to be transferred. In this way, the information about the approval for the transfer of industry should be given to the Ministry of Industry of the concerned province and the local body.
(3) Other arrangements related to transfer of industry shall be as prescribed.
